Question / Help 3 Problems,Obs studio,cannot use window to play a game in the program and record freezes

Like the tittle say,when i stream the obs studio sometimes stop working like disconnect and then connect again.The second error or maybe it's something that im doing wrong,i tried to run a game in window mode and then go back to Obs and tried to play the game on Obs window,sadly i cannot do it since i have to go to the game window to play it and i´m not be able to see how the stream goes in comments,subscribers or anything like it.Last but not least,sometimes i get freeze on videos but the audio continues good.

OBS Preview is only a Picture you can't interact there with your "game"
to see all that stuff (chat etc) you need a 2.display/tablet/smartphone

for the other issues we need a log from the session where the errors are present

How do i send for example a log?
Specs:i5 8600k,Msi 1060 6gb,16gb ram 2400 Ddr4,Z370 HD3.

What if i use el gato hd60s? i set my other monitor but it's a 4k tv so when i put the window of the game in there i can play it with sound but it will lag as hell.
