When I look into the tutorials for a two-pc streaming setup, i always see they are telling u to have a good cpu. But in my logic, the streaming cpu must not be that good, cause its only rendering/encoding and not encoding+running-a-game. Is it possible that they recommend highend cpu´s, cause they have suggested bitrates between 15k-25k at medium preset?
If i am right, do u think its possible to stream in "good" quality with an AMD X2 +5000?

what i dont get. Lets say i am telling my 1st pc to send the signal to the 2nd pc at a bitrate of 25k, now he encodes the signal e.g. with medium preset.
But the max upload rate for most of the twitch users is 3.5k bitrate. How does this work?
