When I look into the tutorials for a two-pc streaming setup, i always see they are telling u to have a good cpu. But in my logic, the streaming cpu must not be that good, cause its only rendering/encoding and not encoding+running-a-game. Is it possible that they recommend highend cpu´s, cause they have suggested bitrates between 15k-25k at medium preset?

If i am right, do u think its possible to stream in "good" quality with an AMD X2 +5000?

what i dont get. Lets say i am telling my 1st pc to send the signal to the 2nd pc at a bitrate of 25k, now he encodes the signal e.g. with medium preset.
But the max upload rate for most of the twitch users is 3.5k bitrate. How does this work?

It really depends on what you are asking for. If you want to have an encoding rig that encodes 720p @ 60 FPS at a medium preset, then you are indeed gonna need something like an i7 4790k in your streaming rig. But if you are gonna do something like 720p @ 30 FPS with veryfast codec, then you will do fine with your AMD x2 +5000. But then again, if you are buying an external rig exclusively for encoding, then you are expected to do something heavy like 720p @ 60 FPS with a medium preset, because why would you need a extra rig if you are only gonna do 720p @ 30 FPS? A single pc setup with a modern i5, something like an i5 4690k can do 720p @ 60 fps @ veryfast preset alone, without needing an external encoding rig.
