Question / Help 2 Webcams 1 stream.. help.

I'm trying to find a way to project my friends webcam (over the web) to land on my stream, being shown with my own webcam during gameplay.

Is there an easy way to do this?

I figured I might be able to adjust skype to get a close effect - no such luck.

Any help is appreciated.
 
I was thinking perhaps I could use window capture on the webcam footage of my friend (skype) and simply snag that and present it as a layer on my stream?
 
Sadly, capturing the webcam feed inside of Skype is somewhat... cumbersome. It is not literally part of the window, somehow. At least, from what I've seen around the forum, people have tried before and only ended up with a black video feed inside of the stream.
