Question / Help 2 Streamers 1 Stream. Suggestions?

So, basically. I stream with a co-host. You can see my gameplay but the question is how can I show his gameplay? is there any program or any way i can add his POV into my stream. We don't want to stream to 2 different channels.

We have tried skype and teamviewer, we get super bad FPS. Has anyone else tried this? Any suggestions?

Forgot to mention that we are in 2 different households, so a capture card is not the solution.

My only suggestion would be for him to stream separately, and then use a multi-stream link, such as http://www.multitwitch.tv/

Pretty technical to pull off though. If it was easy to do, there would be an easy solution I suppose.

And jordan, our whole theme is us streaming together. We don't want to multistream.
