Question / Help 2 problems

Hi everyone, this is my first post here so I'm not familiar with the website. I have 2 problems that need to be fixed before I can stream. Note that I wan to stream on Twitch!

Problem 2) Whenever I do a test stream, the time between when I do or say something, and it actually showing on twitch can take up to 10 or more seconds. How do I make the interval between doing something and it showing on Twitch smaller?

the delay on every streaming site will be huge, you cant avoid it.

and what is the first problem? i cant see anything bad or unusual there...

Monitor Capture by design captures EVERYTHING on your selected screen. So I am not sure either, if that is the problem you have on 1) or what else is up ?! :-)
The Delay you mentioned is particularly bad on twitch tv. Up to 20-30 seconds are normal because of the system they use. Other providers like hitbox.tv provide a much lower delay, 3 seconds or more. Lower than that is probably not easily possible in an online environment. But that should be acceptable.
Its mainly twitch that makes it very hard to keep in touch with your chat.
