I used a 3.5mm audio cable from the line out on my pc mother board (Green one.)
Connecting to the line in on my streaming PC (blue one)

Sorry to bug you guys once again but, I have an audio problem I just realized.
What is the best way to go about hearing game volume and TS, while broadcasting both.
Atm I ahve an audio splitter one for headset and the other for line in to streaming PC, and I have my blue yeti on my streaming PC and my headset with a mic on the gaming.
But the splitter is giving me static.

I had a similar issue with noise/interference when using a splitter and 3.5mm cable to Line In on my encoding PC. I eventually settled on sending audio via HDMI, using the "Listen to" function with the Stereo Mix recording device. You can also use the "Listen to" function with your mic and send it the same way you do with Stereo Mix.

Hmmm that could work as I am right now using HDMI to transfer the video to the stream PC.
How do I change it to stereo is it on the stream PC or gaming.

If you're using Realtek onboard audio, Stereo Mix is a recording device. Look for it on your gaming PC. If you don't see it, make sure disabled devices aren't hidden and that it's enabled. Turn in the "Listen to" function in its properties window and point it at your capture card's HDMI playback device.

If I followed everything correctly you can remove those cables as you send the audio over the hdmi cable now. (You have to activate listen to "1 - Avermedia..." in your microphone settings as well if you want to send over the mic)
On your 2nd PC you have to get in to the properties of your capture card source in OBS. The right section is the audio stuff, in the dropdown select "Use device audio" and select either output to stream (recommended) or output to desktop and the sound should appear on stream.

In some rare cases you have to switch the audiopin for everything to work. So if you get no sound in OBS after everything should be configured correctly, get into the properties of the capture card in obs again. This time we need the "open crossbar" button. The crossbar window is split into to two parts:
  • In the right dropdown select "Audio Decoder Out".
  • In the left dropdown you can then switch through 2 or more audio Pins.
So try the next one in the dropdown, click OK and OK for the properties Window and check again if OBS now hear the sound from the capture card :)

Sapiens option of sending the audio over hdmi is probably the best solution by far. You end up with a short delay in the audio of around 300 ms but you can correct this in obs by adding a 300 ms delay to the capture device so that it syncs up with the delayed audio

Can anyone help me?
Its doing the cross bar thing again where I click what Jack told me to but when I got to preview or stream and check it again it defaults back to off on the crossbar.

Yeah, the reason Towelliee and the other big guys can run such good quality is because they're partners, so have quality (transcoding) options available and can stream at very high bitrates without shutting out viewers on slower connections and systems (if they buffer, they can just go to a lower quality and still watch). If you're not a partner, the max recommended bitrate is 2000, which is more than enough for a decent-to-good quality 720p@30fps stream.

Mitigate expectations and work within the technological constraints... there's a reason 720p@30fps@2000kbps is a well-known 'sweet spot' for non-partners, balancing quality with viewerbase accessibility.

Just remember. Few will come TO your stream just because you have crystal-clear 1080p video. But many will LEAVE your stream if they get stuck in buffering hell because you're running at a rate higher than their setup can download/process.

(edit) Oops. Didn't see there was a second page, was still responding to the first page content. New design has the multi-page bit blend in a little more than I'm used to.

Ya atm stream was going well but having a problem getting any game sound now.
The audio crossbar on my avermedia when I set it just goes back to default when I try to stream.
