Hi,
I'm thinking about to switch to a 2 PC setup.
First of all I had to figure out some stuff, like switching scenes remotly.
So you only need 1 keyboard/mouse. I nearly fixed everything I could think of, except one little thing:
- Follower / Sub / Donation sounds
The CLR Browser Plugin sends the sound to the Desktop on the Streaming PC.
Not the gaming PC. So that everyone see / can hear the sound.
But I'll not hear it at all.
Because I'm at the gaming PC.
So I thought:
- Ok, just run OBS and set it to "speaker" audio output, so that you hear the follow alert on your headphones
While the rest is "as standard" on the HDMI Out (graphic card).
Some games have no option to adjust the audio output. Like League of Legends (like I know).
So I have to set "HDMI out" (graphic card) as standard in Windows.
Now the problem. OBS CLR Browser Source Plugin outputs it to "standard".
And not to the selected audio device (settings - Audio).
Sure, this setting is just what OBS is "listening" to. Not output to :-\
Is there any solution?
I thought of just using the browser tab, with the follow alert for example.
The Problem about that is, that you can't adjust the audio output of the browser too.
Because a browser is no media player. Not directly.
Thanks for any help.
Perhaps I have to forward that to the CLR-Plugin creator.
Perhaps he's able to add a "audio output device" option to it.
Greetings
