Hi guys

I decided I will write everywhere to finde out the Dual PC setup secrets with 144 Hz(game pc) and 60Hz (stream pc). This thing driving me crazy so I need help .
Yes I read every post online which I finde on google ,twitch help ,reddit , youtube comments , help-squad and others .
But still Problem coming up

My setup to know :
-Gaming PC with Nvidia Card + 144Hz (BENQ) monitor
-Streaming PC with Ati card+ Avermedia Live Gamer HD + 60 Hz (Benq) monitor + another 60Hz (Benq) monitor which is next to my gaming monitor
See the Picture http://imgur.com/rzjz2I7 ( on the left is the gaming monitor next to him the 60 hz monitor which connected to the stream pc and next to him on the right on the other table is the streaming pc .

The gaming pc connected to the avermedia live gamer HD with HDMI cable ( the sound is going on a Behringer mixer)
My gaming pc connected to the gaming monitor with DVI .

I wanna play CS:GO and want to stream it .

My Gaming PC monitor is in 1920x1080 144 Hz
CS:GO on my gaming pc is in 1280x960 Aspect ratio is 4:3 ( thats how I like to play so )
My Stream PC running on 1920x1080 60Hz

Important notice :

So I Cloned with Nvidia Controll Panel my main screeen to AVERMEDIA HD (so once im turning on the stream pc its coming on the 2nd monitor which Is good next to my gaming monitor .

I already know how to get rid of the screen tearing which caused by the 144 Hz refresh rate ( I open an OBS on the gaming PC and use "Full Screen Preview Mode" on the AVERMEDIA HD display without "encoding")

See picture http://imgur.com/h2Im5Jx ( WHAT YOU CAN SEE HERE : This is my STREAM PC 2nd monitor which running an OBS for streaming , and On the stream pc OBS running another OBS (gaming pc OBS) "which is just to do the full screen preview mode to get rid of the screen tearing " Which running the ingame CS:GO . So Its looks ok !
See picture when I use the full screen preview mode http://imgur.com/nNjKxBc

THE KEY PROBLEM :

So here comes the problem once I go back with my mouse to my CS:GO to play on my gaming PC the stream PC monitor this is happening : http://imgur.com/aUMf3WR as you see the screen is cracking in half once I go back to my game .

So Here is my 2 questions and you guys gonna be HEROES if you can help me !!!!

1.) How to fix this that the screen not getting in half once I go back to my CS:GO

2.) How to fix the 2 black line next to the game screen see picture to get inf fullscreen the game : http://imgur.com/nNjKxBc ( I tried ti use full screen mode in Nvidia Controll Panel but its not working)

The help is MUCH APPRICIATED !! Im really close to the goal but Im really close to give it up :((

Please help thank you !

1. Can you make a drawing of how your pcs are connected and how OBS is configured? (more detail = better) It sounds like you're running Avermedia Recentral in Preview mode (to fix the screen tearing) and then running OBS to capture that monitor.

2. The black bars is because you are streaming at 16:9, but the game is in 4:3. You can add a 16:9 background to fill that up, add stuff like your cam or chat. Or change the resolution in OBS MP to match a 4:3 ratio.

1.) Gaming pc --> 144Hz Benq with DVI
--> Stream PC Avermedia Live gamer HD PCI card / Input with HDMI cable

Streaming PC --> 60Hz Benq (which Im using next to my gaming monitor )
--> 60hz Benq (which Im using to controll my streaming pc

How I do :

-On my Gaming PC im running OBS on the Nvidia Cloned "AVERMEDIA HD" display which you see next to my gaming monitor ( this display is my Stream PC 2nd display ) , just for the full screen preview mode without encoding to get rid of the screen tearing .

-Im not using Recentral Preview

-My stream PC is with my main OBS which doing everything else (layers , overlays , text trains , encoding , broadcasting to twitch)

I uploaded all my pictures you can have a look on this link http://imgur.com/a/HzKiL/all maybe this help

I have not got problem to stream till I did not bought this 144Hz monitor ... after everything fed up..

2.)I will try the black bar fixing tomorrow

Pushing 144Hz into a 60Hz device is what causes tearing for lack of a more in depth response. The reason the preview screen is working to remove tearing is Windows has hardware acceleration and vsync built into the AERO themes, this completely removes tearing for ya lol.
