Question / Help 144hz and 60hz monitors while streaming ISSUES

When i am streaming I play on my 144hz monitor and have the chat open on the 60hz but my game frame rate starts glitching out a bit looked it up and it said I needed "2" 144hz monitors and it would fix the issue is there any other way to fix this other then purchasing a new 144hz monitor?

My frame rates get choppy and distorted no idea why

The problem may be there, but it is most definitely not as a result of the differing refresh rates.
