It's not just the frame rate, but the overall quality in combination with its resolution. I need it at 1080p and 60 FPS. 30 FPS is just too sluggish for my liking, and at 720p the in-game-text gets hard to read and overall ugly to look at. It's just from my perspective, but 720p60, while fine, just doesn't cut it for what I want to do.
