Question / Help 100% Max Settings for my Set up (Really good set up)

Specs:
CPU: Intel Core i7-5930k
GPU(s): GeoForce GTX 980 ti (x2, yes two, sli set up)
Memory: 32 GB
Resolution: 1920x1080
OS: Windows 10

Upload Speed: 50mbs (ill upload a test from speedtest.net later)
Download Speed: 150mbs (ill upload a test from speedtest.net later)

Just need 100% max settings for the best quality, doesn't matter how much it uses, my computer can handle it.
Liquid cooling etc...

Quality, quality, quality. :)

And if OBS is not the place for high quality, refer me to another recorder please.
I have tons of storage.

Games I will be recording:
Minecraft (Max Settings)
League of Legends (Max Settings)
CS:GO (Max settings)
Hearthstone (Max settings)
Age of Empires (Max Settings)
Rocket League (Max Settings)


I do have a 4k monitor, if the settings vary with resolution, please include a set up for 4k recording.


I do not stream, but if you'd like to include a set up for streaming please do so.

crf of 2 is excessively low.

crf of 15 is already bordering on visually lossless. Once you start going below that, you are well into diminishing returns.
