Question / Help 100% CPU Spikes for 3-5 Secounds

Hello OBS!
I have a weird Problem, first of all my English is in technology *bug reports* not that good.

Also my PC Spec
AMD FX 8350 4ghz OC'ed to 4.4gz *temperature is ok max 54° at full load.
AMD r9 270 Factory OC 2gb
and a 500gb Seagate HDD
NT 540W 80 plus Bronze
Internet 50.000 1&1 from Germany.

I currently Stream only Star wars the Old Reoublic. this Game works on Dx9

Also My PC SHOULD easly handle FULL HD on Max Settings.
But if i try FULL HD it works very well my CPU load goes up to 60-70% sometimes to 80% Max
And then boom a CPU Spike to 100% about 3-5 Sec's i cant do nothing and the Stream Performance beginns to stuck. BUT only for some secounds then it works again very well.
I downscaled now to 720p and same result changing Preset brings nothing but Medium is the Absolut Maxium what i can run on 720p But i dont need Medium fast ist ok just want to Stream Full HD without getting bad qualy while moving.

Why i get this 100% Spikes? And this just for some Sec's? and this happens on both situations Much actions AND when i just staying and looking the ground.. when i Stream with my currently settings i have a CPU Load max 50%

Slower preset in use

You have changed the default preset to fast. Using slower presets can result in late frames and high CPU usage / low FPS. You should only change the preset if you are sure you have the CPU power to spare.

Useless cause it happens on all presets.

The server you are streaming to (rtmp://live-fra.twitch.tv/app) took 893 ms to connect. This may mean your connection or the server is slow, or the server is far away from you. If you are using twitch.tv, you may want to try using JTVPing to find an optimal server.

Useless i use allways befor i start the Plugin and always i use Frankfurt DE with 20-30ms Latenz


Thats why i open this Thread, i dont know what i should do next..

Have you tried with only the game source active? Also what process is using that cpu power?

Hm, not directly but befor i had all these Plugin's i had the same issue. SWTOR also Star wars the old republic is only using 2 CPU's. And when i get these Spike ALL 8 CPU's are on 100%. But only for some secounds after that i can play again until the Next Spike..

Could be unstable OC or too high CPU preset.
Try: Windows Task Manager > Resource Monitor > CPU tab (Views large + resize) > check boxes OBS and SWTOR > game through a couple of spikes > check CPU usage lines in Resource Monitor = Which one is spiking? Try lower CPU preset > monitor > Which one is spiking?

As for unstable OC, I use OCCT to find out if OC is stable and to find out correct minimum voltage.
