Question / Help 100/100Mbit stream problems

Hello ive some stream problems that i dont know how to solve. I got 100/100 connection and i want to stream 720p with 60fps but it doesnt seem to work.

Specs:
gtx 760
i7 2600 @ 4.2ghz
8gb ram
win 7 64bit

obs settings:
bitrate 3500/3500
CBR ON
sound bitrate 128
Connection to sweden with 13ms
Preset: very fast

Games im playing: WoW 3.3.5 patch [Arena-tournament.com] and League of Legends
Im NEVER dropping below 60fps in those games!

The stream starts to buffer when i set it to 2500+. When it is on 3500 it buffers every 5seconds on twitch. but when it is on 2000-2500 it buffers maybe once 5minutes! Please help. I believe my computer/bandwith can handle more bitrate than that.

You're not dropping frames, right? And the VODs look fine? Twitch buffering is caused by an insufficient connection to the Twitch server, perhaps a routing issue or just an issue on Twitch's end. The buffering doesn't happen to everyone watching your stream.

Ye the VOD is gr8, my friend said my stream is not lagging while i watch the stream on a seperate computer it lags like hell same with my mobile phone using wifi. but then the funny thing is im watching http://www.twitch.tv/miley_gives_becky atm which has 1440p 60fps with 5000bitrate and im not lagging watching it on my mac :( and he is not partnerd with twitch like me
