Question / Help 10 fps when streaming lol

here is what the log analyser says:
Code:
Aero is disabled
Aero seems to be disabled, consider enabling it unless using monitor capture.

Monitor capture detected
One of your scenes appears to be using monitor capture. Monitor capture is the slowest and least efficient method of capturing, and can cause FPS lag on both your stream and your game and will also cause problems capturing full-screen games. Consider using game capture or window capture instead (this does not apply to Windows 8).

Possible slow server
The server you are streaming to (rtmp://live-fra.twitch.tv/app) took 916 ms to connect. This may mean your connection or the server is slow, or the server is far away from you. If you are using twitch.tv, you may want to try using JTVPing to find an optimal server.

Window capture with Aero disabled
You are using window capture with Aero disabled. This causes other windows placed on top of the capture window to show on the stream instead of only the selected window. It is recommended to enable Aero when using window capture to prevent this.

Late frames detected
62.66% of your frames are late. This means the frames are being generated later than they were needed, causing your stream FPS to drop. Late frames are often caused by slow sources such as monitor capture, slow video capture devices or by trying to run your stream at too high of a resolution / FPS.

If you are using a webcam, try to lower the resolution of it. If you are using monitor capture, try switching to game source or window capture. If you must use monitor capture, ensure Aero is disabled.

You can also try lowering the resolution or FPS of your stream if you have an older CPU.

See https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/high-cpu-usage-high-encoding-taking-too-long-to-encode-read-this-first.23334/ for more information on how to resolve this issue.

Low frame rate detected
Your stream is taking an average of 71.013 milliseconds to render a frame. This limits your maximum FPS to around 14 FPS. The most common reason for long frame rendering times are:

Using monitor capture
Using slow devices such as webcams running at 1080p
Not enough CPU/GPU resources available for OBS
Running your stream at too high of a resolution / FPS for your computer to handle

See https://obsproject.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=11641 for more information on how to resolve this issue.

Soooo...avoid "Monitor Capture" to stream a game, enable Aero at least while streaming & try different Twitch servers for your stream using this tool.
I also find strange that your video adptators say "1980x1080" but your "Base Resolution" is "1280x720"..

Ok so Frankfurt is the best Twitch server for you. I don't really think lowering your base resolution will get you "lagyless" but other would answer better than me on this point.
Anyway have you set "Game Capture" or "Window Capture" with Aero enabled instead of "Monitor capture" for your LoL stream ?

What is the game you're streaming? And you can leave default resolution to 1080p (or whatever your monitor's resolution is) and downscale. It won't hurt your CPU load (at least not anything significant)

Ok so your GAME is lagging but your STREAM is fine? Is that correct? If so, try forcing OBS to use cores 2, 3 and 4 and tell it to ignore core 1 via Task Manager. See if that helps your LoL game lag less.
