I know it's a weird request, but I was trying this feature out. I'm unable to preview anything under 4 fps with the latest release. Streaming is no different.

I'm using x64 version.

1 FPS is possible. It was specifically added in one of the versions.

I know, I remember reading the patch notes :)

However, I'm not able to do this for some reason. Anything under 4fps, and I can't preview or see anything when streaming.
OBS just reads "0 fps".
