Question / Help 0 upload and dropping all the frames

I got OBS a couple days ago and my upload at the bottom right fluctuates for a little bit when I begin then just drops to 0. I also drop frames to the point it is sometimes 80%, always above 50%. Not sure if its my internet since the preview does not have any problems at all, already tried firewall, changing servers, recreating profile, and dropping resolution but still goes to 0 after a few seconds. I had browsed other forums but could not find a thing, if anyone could help or direct me to somewhere with the answer that would be greatly appreciated.

The sticky post contains pretty much all the advice we can give you. If nothing there worked, you'll need to contact your ISP.

What did the ShaperProbe result say? Which other services did you try streaming to, and how did they fare?

I tried hitbox and the exact same problem happened, was fine for about 5 seconds then just hits 0. My internet is bad so I can just upgrade it but that shouldn't make it 0, should it ?

yea I just upgraded my internet, takes effect on 5 business days so I will try again then, and I have it at 200 for it is 80 percent of max
