Hello, I recently bought a new laptop and I wanted to test it to see if I can stream one game smoothly without any problems.
Most of the time in the game I have between 80-130fps, in obs the image looks smooth in the preview, but when we open the stream on twitch the image is not as smooth as it should be, the game looks like it runs at 30-40fps, even though it is set to 60fps and there are no lost frames

I've been trying to fix it for several days, and none of the configurations work, the automatic settings tool from obs doesn't help either.
no matter what I set, the stream always looks like this,
does anyone see any errors here? bugs? or is it just twitch's fault?
I'm not worried about the bitrate, I just mean that the image runs like complete crap, looks laggy
