Hi guys,

Whenever I stream sometimes within 5 minutes sometimes at the start of the stream it goes down to 0 bitrate.
I hope you can help me out. I tried every fix, I tried streaming to different devices, I tried contacting ISP they say it's all good on their end. I requested a change of router, still the same. I tried fresh install of drivers and windows, still nothing.

Here is my log file:

That log shows a significant network issue
What are you doing to monitor both your PCs network utilization, as well as at the network router/firewall level (assuming home LAN)?

Hi, welcome aboard.

This is not, what your log says. Your log says that nearly 40% of your packets got lost due to "insufficient bandwidth/connection" of your network and/or internet access.

You roughly transmitted for half a minute, not 5 mins or more.
Look for yourself what the log analyer says to your log:

Set your obs audio samplerate to 48k for instance (doesn't relate to your network issue, of course).

I also tried streaming with the firewall disabled same issue, when monitoring the only opened application is only OBS and nothing else, also I am connected wired and no other devices are connected to my network. What I've tried: requested ISP to change router, they did and still have the same issue, changed my ethernet cable, tried setting static ip and manual dns... no change, tried lowering my bitrate up to 2500 still it drops to 0, tried to stream with a different computer too same issue. What works, I use express vpn and set protocol to L2TP/IPsec porotocol, stream runs smooth but the problem is I'm getting a hard time to connect to every single game, that's why I want to stream without vpn on, also I can't afford monthly coz I'm broke...

My internet plan is 300mbps up and down.
I'm planning to use a 3rd party router and buy a cat6 cable and see if changes anything. Is there a possibility that my lan card is defective?
or it's just the connection of my ISP to the servers and nothing I can do about it?
Note: everything is fine, when playing games download and uploading files, streaming is the only one having issues.

on the Firewall side, OBS is already excluded... or is there another option that I need to do...
