Today while I'm trying to capture WoW Classic, I can only get a black screen. Tried opening OBS as administrator, closed all other software that might be conflicting, but still haven't get the issue solved. OBS logs as attached, can someone help?

Hey! I thought I fixed the issue yesterday by running OBS in administrator, but today OBS is definitely in administrator and the same stuttering issue is appearing. Doing normal, non-intensive activity in WoW that shows smooth FPS in game still turns up as extremely fragmented in OBS footage...
