I know that there are multiple scaling filters like Bicubic, Area, Lanczos. But is it possible to use FSR to scale up content? Like 1440 to 4k, 720 to 1080, and such?

so ive set up my Base Resolution to 1920x1080, but i want to record also in 1080p, so therefore isthe scaled resolution also 1920x1080.
My question: If i output the Stream in 1664x936 , what scaling filter does obs use to scale it ?
should you ask why 936p, its cause its a ''real'' 16:9...

If I scale filter a rotated source the filter does not appear have any effect. Have tried the following permutations:
0deg - OK
90deg - BAD
180deg - OK
I have tried both an image and also a BMD video source and see the same issue.
I have searched for anyone with a similar issue but...
