Having an issue with the capture. I know that you have to run the image through a splitter to bypass whatever the console is programmed to do. When I plug it into the capture card, the image shows up in obs, but goes away after about 5 seconds. So it's working, but something is stopping it. Help...

I have tried to connect the elgato to a laptop to record and it shows image for a few seconds but then it goes black, but in the elgato software it works perfectly but i prefer obs, anyone knows how to fix it? if I need to post the log file please tell me
