encoder error

Alot of people have the same problem. But none of their solutions are working for me. When i want to record with NVENC Encoder its shows an window that says ''Update your drivers for NVDIA'' But more drivers are alrady updated :/ I already Reinstalled the program. Does any one has the Solution?

I am trying to record/stream and every time I click it, it pops up with "Starting the output failed. please check the log for details. Note: If you are using the NVENC or AMD encoders, make sure your video drivers are up to date." Can anyone help me? :(
