audio tracks not working

hi when i record video, i have 2 different audio track,1 for screen,1 for mic,recording format is MKV,but when im finished my record,only one video appear and its my screen,but where is the audio go,PLEASE HELP

As the title states, when I record in OBS with multiple audio tracks it only shows up as 1 singular track in Premiere Pro I currently record with 5 tracks (game, discord, spotify, mic 1, and mic 2) I havent found anything in the forums to help me out and dont know what to do, help!

I am having trouble getting OBS to record my mic on a separate audio track. I can get both the mic and audio output to record on track one but as soon as I separate them the mic no longer works. My mic is part of my headset. Screenshots of my settings are attached.
