It connects VHelp to OBS for helping vtubers in their streams, It is alpha still, so there is so many features missing, but currently on VHelp side there is a setting for this plugin that user can set, 1- a specific button or second keyboard/virtual keyboard that vhelp offers. 2- whether they want a reminder or not
if the specified key gets pressed on second keyboard/virtual keyboard that vhelp offers, vhelp sends a signal to this plugin to save a timestamp, that timestamp is trigger-able if OBS have started recording/streaming, that timestamp can be used for editing purposes as the plugin is capable of exporting the timestamp into 2 subtitle formats SBV and SRT, the reminder on VHelp side, sets a shared memory, in case user have forgotten to export the timestamps, it provides a reminder at closing time of OBS and user can decide based on that.
this is just the timestamp feature and the only feature that have been implemented yet and again the whole program is alpha so there is many more features up coming
