Stream Timer Studio is the successor to my old OBSCountdown configurator. Due to the huge accessibility of AI tools these days, the old configurator became somewhat irrelevant, but just for the sake of it, I decided to give it a complete facelift.
During the past 6 months, all donations made through my Ko-fi page went directly into the development of the new configurator, which now comes with over 70 ready-to-use countdown timer templates that you can fully customize to fit your needs.
Unlike the old version, it no longer relies on Browser Source URLs only. The new configurator allows you to download a standalone HTML file containing the timer template, which you can load locally in OBS Studio. It also provides a Data URL that you can simply copy and paste directly into an OBS Browser Source, so downloading files is optional.
What changed in the new configurator?
A lot.
• Rebuilt the entire project from Angular to plain HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Removed unnecessary flashy UI animations that distracted from the configurator itself
• Dropped Animate.css and replaced it with a smaller set of clean digit animations
• Added more customization options including digit alignment, timezone settings, localization, calendar display, and many more features
• Added a template selector with over 70 templates to start from
• You can now build an entire countdown scene directly inside the configurator
