REAC Audio Source 0.3.1

This is a hotfix release of an audio source from REAC, an audio-over-ethernet protocol.
Changes in 0.3.1
  • Fixed the plugin was not correctly loaded on OBS 27 on Windows.
  • Fixed the plugin was not correctly loaded on OBS 28 on Ubuntu.
(If you can use the previous version 0.3.0 without any problem, you don't need to download this version 0.3.1.)

  • Only 48 kHz sampling frequency is supported. (Still you can set any sampling frequency on OBS Studio.)
  • Not all binaries are tested.
    • macOS: 0.1.2 was tested on macOS 12.4, both x86_64 and arm64.
    • Ubuntu: 0.3.1 was tested on Ubuntu 22.04. The source code is also tested on CentOS Stream 9.
    • Windows: 0.3.0 was tested on VirtualBox

  • Windows: Newly developed Windows version. Install Npcap library. See this guide for detailed install steps and notes.
  • macOS and Linux: Device name setting is now a dropdown box. You can choose from a list.

Install

MacOS
Download obs-h8819-source-0.1.2-macos.zip (provided below) and extract in /Library/Application Support/obs-studio/plugins. See also this guide.

Linux
Download and install obs-h8819-source-0.1.2-1_amd64.deb (provided below) Or, compile from source for other distributions.
