Free Dynamic Text scroller 0.3

I've updated my text scroller to 60hz refresh rate which has a smoother text scroll.

I've also updated the design so you can now have 99 different alert animations.

Removed the error message popping up when it can't find the text file.
This sometimes happens when the file is being saved from a network share.

The software would see the text file had changed, but the save hadn't finished and the software couldn't read the file.
