Neon Clock: live wall clock with optional seconds and milliseconds, configurable placement, colors and glow intensity.
Neon Countdown: counts down to a target time, switches color when time is low and flashes on zero.
Both share the same design: dual-layer neon glow (bright core + soft bloom), fully configurable colors, digit size, margins and screen placement. No external plugins needed beyond ShaderFilter.
