is it possible to flag the stream by default.
i don't know how OBS is doing the pc rgb24 -> tv YcBcR 4:2:0 conversation.
if OBS isn't using a colormatrix it should do this is the future. if i'm not wrong there is no flag for "no colormatrix" in 4:2:0 h264 encoding. rgb should be used in this case and every render uses bt601 or bt709 for 4:2:0 input anyway... the flash player used most likely bt709 for every think. i can check that later with a green test picture.
but it should be tv bt.709 because every render should use bt.709 if not flagged for hd content and it should use bt.601 "sampte170" for ~480p (dvd colormatrix)
to avoid different colors between 480 and 720 it should be flagged with the right colormatrix so a good render uses right colors.
this shouldn't slow down anything or brake anything. but the output quality is improved.
