Question / Help Zwift screen recording

Afternoon I have a Alienware GeForce GTX1060 with i7-6700 2.6ghz. Using OBS to video capture edit on iMovie and uploading to YouTube. Results are good but noticed video a little grainy in places. Any suggestions. O the resolution in game is 2560x1440.
 
A GTX 1060 6GB is good for 1080p.
A GTX 1060 3GB is just ok for 1080p.
But for 1440p, its not very good.

Get a RTX 2070 or better if you really want better 1440p

Just my 2c.
 
Okay thanks, can i play in 4k and record via OBS in 1080? Just stuck on how to best set that up as i upload to Youtube after editing? Thanks
