Bug Report Zooming screen on High Sierra (osx 10.13)

Zoom feature (enabled in accessibility panel, ctr+two fingers swipe) stopped working correctly on High Sierra.
Worked for me for exact same version of OBS on Sierra.

I tried OBS, ScreenFlick, QuickTime. All of them doesn't work properly with Zoom.

It's a problem of High Sierra. ScreenFlick creator said there is no way to fix it. They said application don't know it's zoomed or not.

I guess zoom happened in OS API level which third party application can't control and it's same to OBS.
