HI there!
I am really in to streaming digital art (Paint Tool Sai)
(Using Twitch.tv)
and so a couple days ago, OBS suggested an update (idk if this has anything to do with it)
and so i got it.
and the first (and every one since then) stream has gone like this:
The first 5 seconds it's green/yellow (the indicator next to kb/s)
then after 8-10 it goes red, and kb/s goes down to zero :(
(Audio is actaully fine though)
Rendering it very difficult to stream.

Idk what i should post as far as logs and stuff goes. (i just made a forum account for this reason0

Delete your custom x264 settings, most of them are wrong/don't do anything. Set your scene buffering time in Advanced to 700 (it's the new default, people who had OBS *forever* still have it on the old default of 400). Refer to this thread to address network issues; https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/dropped-frames-disconnecting-lag-read-this-first.8870/

Thank you for your help.
but it seems that didn't work.
I did forget to mention: Whenever I press "stop streaming", it goes "(not responding)" then after a while goes back to normal.
I will try messing with my settings to accommodate to that link.
