I've really tried to troubleshoot my audio..it's been a couple hours. I CAN get my stream to show video on twitch BUT the audio refuses to ever play. I tried ALL combos of system sound setting defaults. I even tried downloading the realtek drive thing. I've tried connecting headphones and setting that as my default but nothing is letting me have audio! Please help its driving me nuts!

Make sure OBS isnt muted by accident, nothing is muted in your Volume Mixer, check marks in the Exclusive Mode under the particular sound device in Control Panel - Sound, Audio is set correctly in OBS under Desktop Audio Device. According to your log, your using S241HL (AMD High Definition Audio Device) as your sound device
