Hows it going guys, so I've been having the same issue for almost a year now. I've tried almost everything, from upgrading my internet to 1gb down 40mb up, new router (RT-AX86U) and had new lines updated everything. I contacted my ISP to see if maybe they are limiting my bandwidth and they said no, contacted my router and they said maybe its an ISP issue... And this issue is mainly towards YouTube when I try to livestream in 1080 and 1440. When I stream on Twitch with the normal settings, its smooth as butter but with YouTube its the same issue. I have my bitrate set to 12500 and it drops down to 2000-4000 for no reason. I checked to make sure if nothing is running in the background, anyone at home. Nothing. Maybe someone can finally help me out with this issue haha pulling my hair as to why this continues. Even if I lower the bitrate to 9000, its there for a while then drops right back down.
