YouTube streamkey issue

I have been using OBS for some months to livestream to YouTube without a problem. However, in the last month or so I find that OBS fails to connect unless I refresh the stream key. The key hasn’t changed at all but I can’t connect without getting a new copy of the key from YouTube and pasting it into OBS. This seems daft but currently essential to achieve a connection. Anyone think why this might be happening? We haven’t changed any settings in OBS but have updated to the latest version. Is this a bug? We are using a Blackmagic ATEM to provide the video input.

Without a log with error message from this "deny/reject" actions we does not know whats going on.
from that what you say, check out who have rights to yt streamkeys

if the right key is in OBS double check on bottom sites
then the issue is on YT (he reject) this can have multiple reasons there changed there stream key handles so you used a old or wrong selection? or someone delete and recreate
but to find out whats going on you need the log with the "not working" information
