Youtube stream key input not visible?

I'm using 30.0.0-beta2 on Ventura 13, Apple M1 Max. Like the title says... I've linked to my account, and I can't see where to put the streamkey. If I just start streaming, the chat box appears but I get an error message. Here's what i see in the OBS preferences. I would expect to see the input between 'Service' and 'Server'..? :

You seem to be missing system updates related to web security root certificates.

thanks. you mean on my OS? not sure how to resolve that.

Yes on macos. the error you provided is consistent with issues where some root certificates are out of date. The updates for those are external to OBS.
