Question / Help Youtube stream - Buffer on Mobiles and Tablets Only Problem

Hi guys

I've tried everything, 3 different ISPs with stable connections. OBS is not dropping frames at all. Tried different computers and various settings in OBS. Updated OBS studio on both computers. Tested ping with 8.8.8.8 DNS - stable 18-20 ms. The mobile users experience buffering and they never return to the stream automatically, same happens with tablet users. TV and computers are just fine.
I even switched to a dedicated line with fiber, nothing is resolving the issue.

Please help.

the connection on YOUR end is irrelevant here.

It's either something in your streaming settings (usually x264 profile) or THEIR connection.

Hi Harold. I am using "simple" output mode, nothing advanced. Their connection I tired streaming to primary and backup servers. Its been going on for a month or so. And why is it just mobile users, including my devices buffer

If you're streaming to youtube, there's precisely NOTHING you can do about it.

Is this a known issue? Youtube related? I tested other streams and they don't seem to have this problem with mobiles, Just my stream has
