YouTube Stream Audio is perfect everywhere... Except Samsung Phones

Ok here's a perplexing situation...

A few days ago we suddenly received complaints that our YouTube live streams don't have audio. Impossible, we have quality control back at the office making sure everything's in order as we've had audio drop on our streams before without realizing, as preview in OBS was still perfect. (that's a whole other problem we won't get into now).

We checked on devices all over and everything was in order, but client was still insisting there's a problem. So we pulled out even more old devices and eventually found no audio on Samsung phones. Checked more Samsung phones... no audio. Checked with client and they indeed only had Samsung phones.

But no, it's not that simple. The audio was present in the short sections where we used a rifle mic through the camera. Here's more details on our setup:

Cameras connect to Blackmagic ATEM via HDMI.
Wireless Lapel mics connect into a mixer which connects to the Blackmagic ATEM via the 3.5mm Mic input.
Blackmagic ATEM connects to PC via USB C.

So when I use Camera sound via HDMI it's fine, but when I use the sound via the 3.5mm Mic inputs, no sound. But ONLY for Samsung devices/phones. Every other device, browser, desktop, tv is fine.

I then re-uploaded the OBS recording to YouTube. (I first took it into Premiere and clipped and adjusted volumes etc before exporting it into a NEW file). Exactly the same problem. No audio on the lapel mics, but audio present on the camera mics.... but only for Samsung phones.

Going back and checking older streams that have been done with this machine, it seems to have only started in the last 3 or 4 days. I think the only change that happened was my AMD driver software. So I'm going to tackle that next.

Yeeesh...
