YouTube LiveStream glitchy

I am trying to live stream to YouTube from a Reolink camera using RTSP. The stream looks great on the reolink app on my phone and on the web browser but it glitches when using OBS. I have included the log file from OBS. Running on a brand new Windows 11 laptop, i5 processor, 16 GB RAM, 512 GB storage. CPU usage is 0.8%

Critical Max Audio Buffering
Audio buffering hit the maximum value. This is an indicator of very high system load, will affect stream latency, and may even cause individual audio sources to stop working. Keep an eye on CPU usage especially, and close background programs if needed.

Occasionally, this can be caused by incorrect device timestamps. Restart OBS to reset buffering.

Source affected (potential cause): Reo-Backyard Creek
Info Windows 11 23H2 (OK)
You are running Windows 11 23H2, which will be supported by Microsoft until November 2025.
Info Not Admin
OBS is not running as Administrator. This can lead to OBS not being able to Game Capture certain games. If you are not running into issues, you can ignore this.
Info Non-Default x264 Preset

A slower x264 preset than 'veryfast' is in use. It is recommended to leave this value on veryfast, as there are significant diminishing returns to setting it lower. It can also result in very poor gaming performance on the system if you're not using a 2 PC setup.

You'll need to add FFmpeg options to the media source for the camera and possibly turn the bitrate down in the Reolink app for the camera to 5000-6000kbps. RTSP feed can be finnicky on OBS. I had to tweak ours for about 10 cameras running on OBS currently.

FFmpeg options: rtsp_transport=tcp rtsp_flags=prefer_tcp

Additionally, Reolink cameras do not like a lot of routing between the RTSP client and camera and will show exactly what you are seeing now. You can ignore that if it's plugged directly into your router or main switch.

Thank you all. I believe this one is solved. Before I read your messages, I deleted McAfee and my critical finding resolved itself but the glitching was still there. So I saw your comments and added the FFmpeg options to the media source and no more glitching. Thank you so much for responding!! I would have never figured this one out.
