Question / Help Youtube Live(link attached) // Lagging video, audio is fine

I use OBS 22.0.3 along with Youtube Live Stream on a Macbook Pro 2014 Retina 13 Inch, 2.6 GHZ Intel Core i%, 8gb RAM, Intel Iris 1536 Graphic Card.

I will include a screenshot of my OBS settings below

Any recommendations????
