Hi,
I have been experimenting with streaming on YT at different bitrates.
It seems that YT re-encodes to 1.5 to 2mbps regardless as to if I sent 3mbit or 6mbit. I do not really see any quality difference during the live stream.
Is this normal?
The same stream to Twitch looks better as I think I am getting exactly what I uploaded.
