Question / Help Youtube cuts off FPS from my video

I know YT has limit of 30 FPS.
I stream in 720p48fps

What youtube does for my friend (he has same settings in terms of resolution and fps count, don't know about rest) is it cuts down from 48 fps to 30 fps and puts on his channel (that's what I want)
But for me youtube cuts down to 24-27 fps (27 at best) and then puts on my channel.

Do you guys have any idea why and how to fix it?
Ps. My friend uses Xsplit

If your friend it's using Xsplit go look for help on their forums.

Yea, this isn't quite the right forum to ask -- though I believe youtube generally limits videos to 30fps maximum (not entirely sure though so don't quote me on that)
