YouTube cannot access the webcam because OBS is already using it.

Hello, please help me! If I enter the same webcam on YouTube and OBS then I cannot start Lifestreaming on YouTube because YouTube cannot access the webcam because OBS is already using it.

Remove the Video Capture Device source in OBS set to the webcam. Even if it is set not-visible or is in a different scene, OBS will still 'hold' the camera if it is assigned to a source.

You should still be able to start a stream on YouTube without assigning a webcam to it though, regardless.
