YouTube account not enabled for live streaming... but it is

I already enabled my YouTube account for live streaming but I'm still getting this error. It looks like this:

like it can stream my webcam but not obs

You're using Streamlabs and they have to give you support on any issues their apps and services have or causes.

oh shi I thought OBS and Streamlabs were the same thing... im going to try OBS
