Question / Help Your system is missing DirectX Components...

I have installed both the 32 bit and 64 bit versions. I am running on 64bit windows 7 and I'm trying to install the multiplat OBS as well .Anyone have any suggestions?

That's what I mean. I installed them and it's still telling me I didn't

Did the web installer give any errors when you ran it?

What's the exact error message received?

OBS requires a video card with hardware DirectX10 support (not just DX software). This is the most common 'DirectX' problem seen on the forum, as many don't realize that it's not just a software package, but a hardware instruction set spec.

My card supports dx10. and it's the message that says "Your system is missing DirectX components..."

Also of note is the fact that the beta version installed without problem.
