Question / Help Your system is missing DirectX components that OBS requires

I have been trying to reinstall OBS and getting this error message i have reinstalled directx successfully as recommended by the error message and that did nothing apparently. I have also Run DXFix to no effect. Anyone have any ideas to solve this issue??

Edit: OBS had been working just fine up until now i was reinstalling so i could get the version with the CLR browser plug-in since installing the plug-in alone would not work since it requires the 64-bit version of obs and i had been using a 32-bit version (i am running a 64-bit os)

The plugin works with either version but require different files per each

Yeah, after the restart i still get the same error message. I am running Windows 10 64 bit, and it is indeed up to date
