I tried setting the Start Recording hotkey to Control+F12. It would only register "control" as the hotkey.
This is a very BAD option. If you are playing a game and trying to record it, those keys are going to be bound to your game controls. Having it set to start or stop with one button will mess up your recording.
You need to enable it start or stop by holding two keys simultaneously. That way it won't interfere with any game you are playing while recording.
