Bug Report "You haven't added any sources!"

While I am in Global Sources | Add | Add monitor capture (or Add Window capture)
A modal dialog alert comes up saying

"You haven't added any sources! Are you sure you want to stream a black screen?"

An additional copy comes up every 3 to 7 seconds.

Clicking on them to close them causes OBS to crash after about 5 are closed.

You are probably pressing a start stream hotkey a lot too.
