Hi you can help me? My configuration( in OBS) is not ok you can help me with a configuration? My specification is:
Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU N2840 @2.16GHz 2.16GHz
2.00 GB (1.88 GB usable)
64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Intel(R) HD Graphics

With those specs, you'd be lucky to be able to stream in 480p 25fps. Dont think your going to be able to get much streaming out of your current PC. This'll all come down to what games you'll be playing keeping in mind that streaming will take away FPS from your game and performance. But if you want to try, you can test these settings out.

Birate: 800-1000 Just depends on your ISP upload speeds
Key Interval: 2
CPU Usage Preset: Ultrafast
Audio Bitrate: 96

Audio:
Sample Rate: 44.1 khz
Channels: Mono


Video:
Base Canvas & Output Resolution : 852x480
Common FPS: 25 or 30

No, you need a better computer in general. Neither your CPU nor your GPU is good enough for recording or streaming, unless you're playing an old DOS game at 320x240 or something.
